I bought an rxv 450 brand new on october, it broke down with just 3 hrs of road use on the hour meter, 89 miles on the clock, after nearly four months Aprilia are out of ideas and don't know how to solve all of the problems, it's had two new ECU's and two new Dashes, I'm not Aprilias bigest fan just now

Aprilia have given up trying to repair this brand new bike and I've rejected the bike as not of merchantable quality under the sales of goods act, the dealer has refunded me and I've bought a Honda crf450x, the dealer did their best but Aprilia uk didn't want to know " your contract is with the dealer " is what they said, the md of Aprilia uk finaly got involved but Aprilias best man in the uk gave up on repairing the bike !!!!
