I bought my RSV4 Factory from them and had a full Akropovic titanium system fitted at the first service. When I got the bike home I noticed the pipe, where it exits the rear cylinders, had some finger/palm prints on it. </p> <p>I called Cristian and old him about it and he asked me to bring it in to show him. Him and his dad, Roberto, didn't hesitate to admit responsibility and offered the change the pipe.
